Standard check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in is granted free of charge when a clean room is ready upon arrival (guaranteed early morning arrivals require booking the preceding night), and late check-outs are offered based on departure date availability for a half-day or full-night fee.
Maximum room occupancy is strictly set as follows:
- Standard King Rooms: Maximum 2 guests
- Two Double / Two Queen Rooms: Maximum 4 guests
- Suites with Sleeper Sofas: Maximum 4 guests
- Suites without Sleeper Sofas: Maximum 2 guests
